My mom and I are once again participating in the Breakthrough T1D walk for the cure in Spring 2027, supporting Type 1 Diabetes research. My mother is a Type 1 diabetic, and we have a passion for this cause! To help raise funds for our team and this cause, I am hosting this Thanksgiving weekend dance event!Earlier in 2026, I hosted a charity milonga with the support of the tango community, and while we will be doing that again in spring 2027, I will also be hosting an additional dance event this November to help us reach our new fundraising goal this year!
Join us November 28th to get moving and dance off that Thanksgiving dinner with an all-levels holiday dance class, followed by an open dance party. All proceeds will benefit Type 1 Diabetes research.

Event details:
All-levels holiday dance class: 1pm-2:30pm
Open dance party and raffle: 2:30pm-4:00pm
$40 per person
In the class, we will learn a few fun line dances as well as a surprise holiday dance combination :)
Light refreshments will be available.
Please, no dirty or wet street shoes on the dance floor.
