Like the moon, you have ALWAYS been whole, even when you can't see it. Join Ecstatic Dance DJ Zig Tahir, Somatic Coach Kari Deluca, and Reconnective Healing Practitioner Christina Hladnik for an evening of remembrance of our innate wholeness. The moon is always whole, even when we cannot see all of her. And so are we.
On 10/10/10, we gather beneath the New Moon in Libra for an evening centered around one simple remembering: wholeness is not something we have to earn, achieve, heal our way into, or become. It is something that already exists within us.
There will be seasons when we feel deeply connected to ourselves and seasons when we feel fragmented, uncertain, tender, or lost. Just as the moon moves through phases without ever becoming less whole, our human experiences do not diminish the wholeness of who we are.
Together, Christina Hladnik, Kari Deluca, & Zig Tahir will guide an intentional journey from receiving into embodiment and then expression. We’ll begin in stillness with a non-touch Reconnective Healing offering led by Christina, allowing ourselves simply to receive. From there, Kari will guide us through embodiment practices which will flow beautifully into an ecstatic dance journey led by Zig, giving the body space to move, feel, release, celebrate, and express whatever is present.
We’ll close together in circle, creating space to integrate and witness what the evening has awakened within us. This is not an invitation to transcend your humanity or arrive as some perfected version of yourself. It is an invitation to bring all of you. The light and the shadow. The stillness and the movement. The spirit and the human. Because all of it belongs.
Come as you are. Receive. Move. Remember. You have always been whole.
Please Bring
• A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for the Reconnective Healing portion of the evening, as we’ll be sitting and lying on the floor for a portion of the evening.
• Water to stay hydrated throughout the evening.
• Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are encouraged.
