Dance Like David is a beginner-friendly Caribbean Gospel Fit-Dancin’ experience led by iPinkie and CoolieBabii.
Come move, sweat, have fun and dance fi di King while enjoying clean, faith-centered music inspired by:
🔥 Gospel Soca🔥 Dancehall🔥 Afrobeats🔥 Kompa🔥 Hip-Hop
No dance experience is needed. Just come with a positive spirit, comfortable clothes and a willingness fi move at your own pace.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Welcome and scripture• Stretching and warm-up• Follow-along Caribbean workout and dance• Cooldown• Topic Time: God-Given Confidence• Prayer and group picture
Our first Topic Time will focus on God-Given Confidence and Ephesians 2:10. We’ll discuss one practical way each of us can walk more confidently in who God created us to be.
WHAT TO BRING
• Water• Small towel• Comfortable workout clothes• Supportive sneakers• Your country’s flag, if you have one• Good energy and an open heart
This is a women-centered experience, but all are welcome.
Please arrive by 2:55 PM so we can begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Space is limited to 15 participants, and advance registration is required.

Info: Welcome to Dance Like David! Sign in, place your belongings down, grab water and join the stretching circle. We’ll welcome everyone, introduce the class and share an opening scripture while preparing our bodies and minds fi move.

Info: Follow along as iPinkie and CoolieBabii lead beginner-friendly workout and dance movements to Gospel Soca, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Kompa and Hip-Hop. No pressure and no comparison, just move at your own pace, sweat and enjoy yourself!

Info: Slow it down with gentle cooldown stretches as we gather for Topic Time. Our first theme is God-Given Confidence, inspired by Ephesians 2:10. We’ll share one way we can walk more confidently in who God created us to be, then close in prayer.
