Dance it Out! is a mindful movement practice that combines easy-to-follow steps with inspiring music. Whatever you're feeling or going through, come and dance it out with us! Music and movement have a powerful way of helping us express ourselves and release tension.In this class, you're welcome to follow along with the provided steps, adapt them to your body and style, or do your own thing! This is NOT about learning choreography but rather connecting with yourself and moving with joy, playfulness, and purpose!
What to bring to class:
- A mat or towel (we end on the floor)
- Journal/paper (we incorporate written reflection)
- Water
- An open mind!
Location: Greensboro Cultural Center, Room 317.

Please arrive early so you can park and find your way to our room. We are located on the 3rd floor. If you take the stairs, turn to the left and walk until you see a hallway on the left with a gorgeous painted piano. You'll see room 317 just beyond the piano.
**Please note: our room does not allow outside shoes. Please remove your shoes at the entrance. You may dance barefoot or in socks, otherwise please print non-outside shoes to change into.
