Looking for a workout you’ll actually enjoy? This high-energy dance fitness class blends feel-good movement with infectious music to lift your mood, boost your confidence, & get your body moving.
Led by Mau, an international dance instructor who has taught across Kazakhstan, Bolivia, & the UK, you’ll learn exciting routines while getting a full-body workout.
What to expect:
> Latin party vibes — Salsa, Bachata, Merengue & Reggaeton
> Global music & dance styles — from Bollywood to Afrobeats to Hip Hop, 80s, 90s & more
> Interactive fun — dance-offs, group routines, dance tunnels & surprises
> A fun twist of boxfit & bodyweight exercises — including abs, push-ups & more (always upbeat, never boring!)
No dance experience needed! This class is welcoming, inclusive, & designed for everyone — whether you’re a total beginner or just want to let loose.
