Hey!! I’m Jazmin “Jazz,” your instructor and creator of Jam with Jazz — where fitness meets fun, confidence, and community. I’m so excited to bring this high-energy Xtreme HD (HIIT Dance) pop-up class to Allure Dance Creation in Charlotte, NC!
What is Xtreme HD (HIIT Dance)?
Xtreme HD is a high-intensity dance workout that combines cardio, body-weight movements, and dance to help you burn calories, build endurance, and keep your body moving — all while vibing to great music. No complicated choreography, no pressure to be perfect… just movement, sweat, and fun.
This class is for you if:

✔ You miss dancing and having FUN
✔ You want a safe, no-judgment space
