Make Your Own Bow Tie

Join us for a fun, hands-on sewing class where you’ll create your very own bow tie from start to finish. This class is perfect for those who already have basic sewing knowledge and are ready to apply their skills to a quick, stylish project. Students must have prior sewing experience or have completed Sewing 101. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the construction process, learning techniques like precise stitching, turning, pressing, and finishing. By the end of class, you’ll leave with a custom bow tie you made yourself and the confidence to take on more creative projects.

Materials and Notions are included. You are welcomed to bring in your own fabric (non-stretch preferred).

My goal is to make sewing feel approachable, fun, and empowering so you leave each class feeling proud of what you made..

Refund Policy:

• Transfers to another class follow the same refund rules as your original date.
• 14+ days before the first class: Full refund.
• 7–13 days before the first class: Refund minus a 50% administrative fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before the first class: No refunds.
• Seat transfer: If you find a replacement who pays for and takes your seat before the first class begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

Class may be canceled due to low enrollment in which case a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy:

MakerSpace reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled by MakerSpace, fees are 100% refundable.
