Join us for an immersive women’s empowerment workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your voice, and rejuvenate your relationship with nourishment and self-expression.
This gathering blends somatic therapy, art therapy expressive healing and sound healing, to guide you back to your embodied wisdom. Through movement, creativity, and mindful reflection, we’ll explore what it means to feel fully — in body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we’ll create, move, and breathe our way toward healing — opening space for softness, strength, and self-trust to coexist. This workshop is an invitation to return home to yourself, to listen deeply, and to honor the stories your body holds.
