Creatively Releasing of NY LLC™ is a small Brooklyn-based business that promotes mental wellness and self-discovery for children and adults, offering effective strategies to develop mindfulness and emotional regulation. Creatively Releasing of NY LLC™ holds MBE and MWBE certifications and accepts insurance. We offer services in Brooklyn and Manhattan, New York, and in Hudson and Essex Counties, New Jersey. Founded in January 2019, we've built a reputation for programs that use creativity and movement to help some youth develop mindfulness and emotional stability by identifying negative thoughts and feelings.
We offer flexible support services tailored to client needs. Our goal is to assist people in tackling the underlying factors of their intricate trauma and detrimental personal decisions. By promoting mental and emotional well-being, we help bridge the gap and reduce stigma. Off-site and on-site options are available.

REMOTE OPTIONS:
Anyone with an internet-connected device and a microphone can join "remote" learning sessions (this includes most models of computers and tablets). The "Live" instructor will send you instructions on how to log in and participate in the class.
