at the beautiful Ekrosen Retreat & Sanctuary!
Together we will listen inward.
To feel what is alive.
In the body, womb, vulva, heart & soul expression.
We open up a space, for intimate attunement with yourself.
What is moving in the emotional waters?
How does the hips want to sway..
Where is the breath longing to deepen.
It is our deep pleasure to invite you into this somatic journey in a circle of women.
To dance, to connect deep within, to explore somatic movement, to release your voice, and to sing together in a shared field of communion.
We encourage radical self love, self responsibility- and healthy boundaries. If something is overwhelming for you during the Ceremony, you are always welcome to take a pause, and follow what feels right for you.
We will end the day with a nourishing vegan dinner, and a Sauna gus together. 🌿✨️
The Ceremony will take place in the newly build beautiful Yurt !
And besides from that, Ekrosen offers a lush green garden, and a little lake.
In the breaks there will be time to just lay in the grass, and calibrate with nature 🌿
The Ceremony will be accompanied by Live Music, mandola, guitar & drums.
The ecstatic dance set will be a yummy flow of world fusion, ranging from slow sensual rythms, to ecstatic primal & bass.

It is not a pre-requisite that you have attended a Ceremony before. ♡
It is however a pre-requisite that you have been through some amount of inner work before.
That you know yourself well enough to take self responsibility, that you are able to hold yourself through intense emotions or expansive states of being. And that you know how to create space for integration when you return home.♡

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
SOPHIA FALKE
I've been guiding womens circles, workshops, retreats and courses for 12 years.
The past 18 years has been a deep study in the fields of:
Nonduality, trauma healing, meditation practices, yoni mapping, tantric-somatic practices, qi gong, nordic shamanism, nature therapy, art theraphy, authentic relating, death doula studies, voice activation & healing powers of the voice.
In my day to day life, I travel around Denmark as a singer in 2 nordic folk bands.
Nordic roots & folklore is very close to my heart.
Sometimes I weave elements of this into the circles.
It is my great joy to support women of all ages shapes and sizes; to discover more empowerment & grounding in themselves. To support self healing practices in day to day lifes. To assist in healing between women so we may step out of the collective female shadows of jealousy & comparison. To celebrate each others wisdom, power & beauty.
LOUISE LOUNA CARMVALL
Meditation Guide and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator.
Louna has many years of experience guiding people to healing and deeper connection. Through selected tools, she supports women to release stagnation and achieve more harmony. With roots in shamanistic wisdom and natural medicine, she guides women into their primal power.
INTENTION
Our intention for this somatic ceremony is to set a clear and loving frame for us all to feel & unfold, what is alive.
To provide a nourishing space for body, heart and mind.
We are here as guides and facilitators, but also just as women on our own journey through life.
We sit in circle with you, with no hierachy.
We aknowledge that each woman carries her own unique life experience & wisdom.
We celebrate the qualities that each one of you brings to the circle.💃

ABOUT THE CACAO & WILD HERBAL TEA
🌿You will be offered a delicious Ceremonial Cacao from Peru.
If you are pregnant or currently taking psychiatric medication, please let us know beforehand so we can ensure a lower dose for you.
This is not a Cacao Ceremony.
Why?
Because we are not centering in circle around the Cacao,
But around the sacred feminine life force that lives inside us all.
The Cacao is simply a friendly helper on our journey.
🌿If you do not want Cacao,
You can instead be served wild herbal tea, brewed on:
Yarrow, Mint, Rose, meadowsweet, mugwort & nettle.
All harvested in pure nature spots by Sophia & Louna.
