About this Event
Dāna is a Sanskrit word that translates to (cultivating) generosity. In this class, we ask that you are generous in four ways-
- Show up
- Meeting yourself where you're at
- Allow the practice to serve you
- Donating what you can to the local nonprofit we are supporting
When: Mondays 6 pm at Glasshouse or your living room
Cost: Your time and donation. We would love a donation to support the current charity; the suggested donation is $10. Cash or Venmo (please put "Dana Yoga" in the transaction description): @anniehayeswellness.
Includes: An excellent yoga class and a chance to learn about and support local charities around the TC.

Any cancellations will be posted on the pertinent week's Facebook Event, and anyone who has signed up via Eventbrite will be emailed.
