Join us for our November DadSpace Folkestone meet-up as we welcome back Emma Coomber, coach for men and passionate dad advocate, following her fantastic session with our Ashford dads earlier this year.

Emma will explore why so many dads feel permanently tired, what’s really draining our energy and practical ways we can begin to restore balance and get our spark back.
