Set aside time for one thing: building something real with your daughter, side by side.
Dads & Daughters is a series of hands-on building sessions at Tovah. No phones, no rush, just a workbench, proper tools, and a project you'll finish together.
Recommended for ages 3–11.
Each session centres on a different build. You and your daughter work as a team, using real materials, to design, build and finish something she'll be proud to take home.
It's not really about what you build. It's about showing up, paying attention, and being present, alongside a small group of other dads doing the same thing.
What to expect:
- Small groups, plenty of attention for every pair
- All tools and materials provided, no experience needed
- A finished project to take home
- Tea, coffee, juice and something to eat
- A couple of unhurried hours, away from screens
First time building something with your hands, or fiftieth, bring your daughter, leave your phone in your pocket, and see what you make.
These sessions use real tools and real nails, so they can get quite noisy when the hammers start going.
