🖤 NIGHT OF THE LIVING SOUND 🖤
Where the unexpected comes alive
One night only. Don't sleep on the living. 🦇
PYRON is an experimental voice and electronic sound artist, Jenn Pyron, who creates ethereal atmospheres through layered vocals, a Korg MS2000 virtual analog synthesizer and loop station. Blending voice and electronics into immersive soundscapes, she builds slowly unfolding worlds that feel like a drive through the night with the windows down—intimate, weightless, and open to possibility.
Omar and Khorshid is Brooklyn-based duo Omar Dewachi and Bashar Farran bring Arabic psychedelia into dialogue with experimental electronics and improvisation. Working with synthesizers, bass, and drum machines, they build driving rhythms, warped melodies, and layers of distortion, moving between the pulse of dance music and the open-ended possibilities of improvisation.
Tim O'Keefe is a Brooklyn based artist/composer/producer with deep roots in the American electronic music scene stretching back to the early 90's when he founded his Rave Called Quest warehouse parties in Providence, RI. He went on to curate a number of electronic music and new media art showcases in Providence, where he eventually studied Digital+Media at Rhode Island School of Design. O'Keefe performs live PA under the alias tfo, with a heavy focus on analog synths, drum machines, and improvised performance. He is 1/2 of the visual band Daddy with James Franco. In addition to his music projects, O'Keefe composes music for film & art installations, runs the Cozy Music record label, and is working on his own digital media body of work.
DeWinter is the solo project of 5-time grammy award winner Jeremy Loucas, who is 1/3 of the live electronic band N/um and 1/2 of the live ambient band Foss. DeWinter recently collaborated with Emma, Vivian Wang, and Jay Prouty on "Numbers", which is featured on Brooklyn Sway 02. Recent appearances include City Fox Live, NYC afterhours club Aftermoth, and the Robot Heart bus at last year's burning man.
