Lead with Purpose. Grow Together. Make It Happen!
District 221 Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) | Round 2 – In-Person Training
Great clubs don't happen by accident. They grow through inspired leadership, meaningful connections, and members who are committed to making a difference.
Join us for Round 2 of District 221's Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI), where club officers and Toastmasters members come together to learn, collaborate, and strengthen the foundation of our clubs.
This is more than officer training. It's an opportunity to invest in yourself, connect with fellow leaders, and discover how your leadership can create a lasting impact.
Why Attend?
- Grow as a Leader: Build confidence, strengthen your leadership skills, and gain practical tools you can use immediately.
- Strengthen Your Club: Discover strategies to engage members, support their goals, and create a club environment where everyone can thrive.
- Connect with Your Community: Share experiences, exchange ideas, and build relationships with Toastmasters leaders throughout District 221.
- Create Forward Momentum: Turn ideas into action and help shape the future of our newly united district.
Who Should Attend?
All seven club officer roles are encouraged to participate, and all Toastmasters members are welcome! Whether you're a new officer, an experienced leader, or someone exploring future leadership opportunities, there's something valuable for you.
Your Leadership Makes a Difference
As we build our inaugural year together in District 221, every leader, every club, and every member plays an important role in our collective success.
Our Voice • Our Community • Forward Momentum
Together, we're not just preparing for another successful Toastmasters year. We're building a stronger community of leaders.
Invest in today. Lead a stronger tomorrow.
