Enjoy a fun and social environment filled with laughter, connection, and friendly competition.
🪑 Sit & Be Fit
A low-impact, seated exercise class designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness — perfect for all activity levels.

⏰ Sit & Be Fit: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
✔️ Free for Osceola County residents ages 55 and older
Both activities are offered twice each month throughout the year.
