The 2027 season starts in Gisborne, and we're going all in – A Pro double-header and single round for Pro-Sport.We're opening the 2027 season with two full Pro rounds back-to-back over one weekend, so the drivers leave Gisborne with twice the points on the table and you get twice as much top-level drifting to watch from the stands.
The Pro-Sport field is also in town for their opening round, which means the track barely goes quiet from the first practice runs right through to the final battles, and there's always something worth watching no matter when you arrive.
We can't think of a better way to start the season than where the sun rises first in the world with as much drifting as we can possibly fit in.

The venue address is private property and there's no public access outside of the official event dates, so please don't head out to the site before the weekend. Turning up early puts pressure on the landowners and could cause problems for the event itself, so we're asking everyone to respect the space and save the visit for when the gates open.
