The course focus on how to plan for volunteers, including exploring good volunteer management and the policies and procedures we need to have in place. The course will look at volunteer recruitment and how to communicate with and supporting volunteers.We will cover:

Safe recruitment
Communicating well with volunteers
Supporting volunteers.
