You probably didn't learn this in school, but you should have! Let's gather for a morning of learning, guided exploration, and conversation about the menstrual cycle. We'll look at reproductive hormones as biological weather—changing conditions within the body that can shape how we experience ourselves and the world.
We'll begin by comparing typical reproductive hormone patterns in male and female bodies. From there, we'll look more closely at menstrual cycle physiology, from menstruation to the dramatic final days of the luteal phase. We'll also make room for the variation between people and from one cycle to the next.
The morning will include a presentation, guided exploration, and opportunities for sharing. Open to those 18+ and all genders are welcome. Participation is free, but spots are limited. Please register in advance by emailing me at [email protected] to reserve your spot.
