🌿 Cyanotype Taster Workshop – Deptford Flower Market
Join us outside at Deptford Flower Market for a relaxed, hands-on cyanotype printing workshop. A beautiful, historic photography process that uses sunlight to create striking blue and white prints.
Perfect for beginners, this quick taster session invites you to slow down, get creative, and make your own unique botanical artwork using natural materials.
☀️ What you’ll do
- Learn the basics of cyanotype (sun printing)
- Arrange flowers, leaves, and objects to create your design
- Expose your print in natural sunlight
- Wash and reveal your final artwork
You’ll leave with your own A6 cyanotype print, completely unique and ready to take home.

- 📍 Location: Deptford Flower Market, SE8 (Deptford Market Yard, next to SALT bar)
- 📅 Dates: Saturdays — 4th April, 2nd May, 6th June, 4th July
- ⏰ Time slots: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm
- 👥 Small groups: Max 4 people per session
- 💷 Price: £15 per person
- 🕒 Duration: approx. 45-60 minutes
