The annual Millersville cross country and track and field reunion dinner will take place on Homecoming evening, October 17. This Cy Fritz Foundation event will take place upstairs in the historic OL Main Room in the Bolger Conference Center section of Gordinier Dining Hall. At 5:30 pm, there will be beer, wine and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will begin at 6:30. The dress code is casual as many will be attending Homecoming events during the day. This is an opportunity to renew old friendships and get caught up with others. It's an event where members and coaches of the MU XC/TF family get together regardless of the era. Expect the retelling of wonderful stories of killer workouts, unexpected team victories and amazing individual performances that make up the history of Millersville University cross country and track and field so rich and legendary.
It has become a tradition that attendees bring memorabilia from the past to display. Scrapbooks, team clothing, photo albums trophies and more. Make sure that you visit the Cy Fritz Foundation website where Bob Vasile has assembled the history of our teams and where you can donate to the Foundation to help finance the current teams under the successful leadership of current coach Andy Young. Your donation can make a difference to a student athlete just like yourself.
