Ever wish you could spend one full day with other entrepreneurs, CEOs
About this Event
Christian CEO Group Retreat Experience
Three days to renew your vision, strengthen your leadership, and move your business forward with faith and purpose.
You spend your days making decisions, solving problems, and helping everyone else succeed. When was the last time you stepped away long enough to focus on where God is calling you—and your business—next?
Join fellow Christian CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners for three days of focused discussion, strategic thinking, and meaningful connection. Bring the challenges that keep resurfacing, the opportunities you’re weighing, and the questions you rarely have time to explore.
Surrounded by leaders who share your faith and understand the weight of your responsibilities, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, challenge your assumptions, and build a practical plan for what comes next.
This fully facilitated, highly interactive retreat creates room for honest conversation, thoughtful counsel, encouragement, and accountability. You decide what to share, with no pressure to discuss anything that makes you uncomfortable.
Across three days, you’ll engage in five powerful areas of growth:
1. Put Your Faith into Action
Explore how biblical principles can shape your decisions, your culture, and your priorities. Discover practical ways to honor God through your leadership and build a business with lasting Kingdom impact.
2. Bring Your Toughest Questions
You don’t have to work through every challenge alone. Draw on the experience of business owners who share your values and can help you see options you may have missed. Inspired by Proverbs 15:22, these conversations create space for godly counsel focused on your real business needs.
3. Find Your Next Great Idea
Learn from Christian business leaders who have navigated difficult decisions, overcome obstacles, and grown their companies. Examine what worked, ask what could work for you, and capture ideas worth pursuing in your CXP CEO Executive Retreat Guide.
4. Turn Reflection into a Plan
Give your biggest priorities the attention they deserve. Use dedicated strategic thinking time to clarify your direction, evaluate opportunities, and create a 30-Day Win List with specific actions and a foundation for accountability. Return ready to put your decisions into motion.
