CWC December Meetup: Featuring Judson & Moore Distillery

Join us for our next Craft Whiskey Collective Meetup at Subourbon in Wheaton, featuring Judson & Moore Distillery. We're excited to have co-founder and master distiller Collin Moore with us to lead a guided tasting, share the story behind the distillery, and give us a closer look at the people, passion, and craftsmanship behind their whiskey.
This is a special, limited-capacity CWC event, with just 20 invitations available. It's a great opportunity to spend some time with Collin, hear the stories behind the whiskey, and get to know the people making it.
Attendance is limited to 20 members and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please RSVP to reserve your spot. Once all 20 spots are filled, we'll maintain a waitlist in case of cancellations.
Founded in Chicago in 2018, Judson & Moore is a family-owned craft distillery located in a renovated former leather tannery at Rockwell on the River. They're making some really interesting whiskey with a distinctly Midwestern identity, including bourbon, rye, heirloom Bloody Butcher Red Corn Bourbon, and an applewood-smoked single malt.
Judson & Moore is passionate about what they make, aren't afraid to try something different, and are helping put Chicago and Illinois on the map as places to find great American whiskey. We love getting to know the people behind the bottles, and Judson & Moore is exactly the kind of local craft distillery we enjoy getting behind and supporting.

Please bring 1–2 bottles you're genuinely excited to share and comfortable seeing enjoyed by the group. Anything you're proud to pour is welcome!
A Few House Guidelines
- A one-drink minimum purchase is required, as Subourbon is generously providing the space.
- Please be sure to tip the staff for their hospitality.
Expect a relaxed, social evening centered on great whiskey, good conversation, and connecting with fellow enthusiasts.
