This in-person CV workshop is designed to help students create or improve a clear, professional CV that meets employer expectations and helps you stand out when applying for part-time work, placements or future opportunities. You will get practical guidance, real examples, and simple techniques you can use straight away.

- A simple CV structure (what to include and how to order sections)
- How to strengthen your skills section by showing evidence
- Work experience and education: how to describe roles clearly
- Common CV do’s and don’ts

This is a practical session with short activities throughout you will have the opportunity to reflect on your own experience and how to improve your CV.

You will be introduced to free tools that can support you to continue developing your CV after the workshop.
