Finding the Right JobStart. Switch. Find your next opportunity.
Finding a job can feel like a numbers game.
Apply. Wait. Get rejected. Adjust your CV. Apply again.
But what if the problem isn't simply that you aren't applying enough?
Maybe you're targeting the wrong roles.
Maybe your experience isn't positioned properly.
Maybe you're missing something employers are looking for.
Or maybe you know what you want — but don't know how to get there.
Finding the Right Job is an interactive career experience designed to help you figure that out.
This isn't another event where you sit in a room, listen to career advice, take notes, and go home.
You'll be challenged to look at your own career differently, test your assumptions, understand what the market is actually looking for, and start making decisions about your next move.
Along the way, you'll get perspectives from people who understand careers from different sides of the table — including the people who help candidates develop, the people who hire them, and the tools changing how we approach the job search.
And yes, you'll actually work on your own career while you're there.
Come if you're...
Looking for your first serious opportunity
 Thinking about switching careers
 Ready for your next role
Unsure what career direction makes sense for you
Applying for jobs but not getting the response you expected
Confident you have something to offer, but struggling to communicate it
By the end, the goal isn't simply to leave with more career advice.
It's to leave with more clarity about where you're going, what needs to change, and what you're going to do next.
Bring your CV. Bring your questions. Bring the version of your career you're trying to figure out.
The rest?
You'll discover when you get there.
