Cutteslowe Light Trail is back for another year, as part of Oxford’s Christmas Light Festival, which features workshops, illuminations and trails taking place across the city between 13 – 15 November 2026.Join us at dusk for a sparkling and fun-filled event for the community. Follow the twinkling light trail as it winds its way through Cutteslowe Park, leading you from craft stalls to music and shadow theatre performances, to railway journeys and discos.
Finish your adventure with And…Breathe – a beautiful sound and light installation, mixing timber, science and the raw joy of play to explore breath and breathing together.
The Cutteslowe Light Trail is FREE to attend. With plenty to do and see, this family friendly event will be an evening to remember.
How to Find Us:
We recommend that adventurers come via Holt Weer Close (A40 Car Park end) as this is the most illuminated path into the park. If you are coming via Harbord Road, it will be very dark.
Please consider the environment and cycle, bus or walk if you can.
