Create an adorable ghost with an experienced potter on the pottery wheel with step by step instructions. You will learn how to center 3 pounds of clay, and the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel. Then learn how to add a delicate ruffled edge around the base. Perfect for a vase, utensil container, planter, or drinking vessel for your Halloween spirits! After the workshop, your piece will take time to air dry, and then be fired in our kiln.Admission includes a return visit after 2 weeks to paint your pottery in your own style with colorful pottery glazes. Then it goes into the kiln again for a final firing, and ready 2 weeks after you painted it. Your piece will be dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Ages 10 and up.
