𝒞𝒰𝒯𝐸 𝐵𝒰𝒯 𝒫𝒮𝒴𝒞𝐻𝒪 donosi četiri performansa, projekciju filma i predavanje međunarodnih umjetnika i umjetnica koji kroz humor, spektakl i nelagodu otvaraju pitanja o društvenim, političkim i tehnološkim sustavima koji oblikuju našu svakodnevicu. Od trilogije koju pripovijeda Julia Fox do performansa razmažene gradske golubice, cjelodnevni program istražuje što se događa kada se neodoljivo i slatko susretnu s uznemirujućim i nasilnim. Polazeći od interesa za skrivene mehanizme dopadljivih sistema, program se smješta na neočekivane lokacije unutar Muzeja suvremene umjetnosti – od podzemnog parkirališta do auditorija dvorane Gorgona, pitajući se što se događa sustavima oko nas kada ih izokrenemo, poremetimo ili pogledamo iz druge perspektive.
🦋 Program je dio tematskog ciklusa 𝒞𝒰𝒯𝐸 𝐵𝒰𝒯 𝒫𝒮𝒴𝒞𝐻𝒪 kojime kroz 2026. godinu istražujemo emocionalne, površne i prividno suvišne intenzitete suvremene kulture: slatko, neugodno, blesavo, čudno – sadržaji koji beskonačno cirkuliraju internetom. Ranjive estetike koje svijet čine dražesnim, rasklimanim, nespretnim i hiperzanimljivim na onaj „zaboravit ću ovo za dvije sekunde“ način. Program je započeo na proljeće otvaranjem 28. izdanja Media Mediterranea u Puli, a kroz jesen se nastavlja i kroz izložbeni i izvedbeni program u našem prostoru u Zagrebu.

Video trilogija „I’m So Janky“ istražuje pukotine između obećanja tehnološki automatizirane budućnosti i njezine svakodnevne stvarnosti. Kroz pojam „jankspace“, autori promišljaju nesklad između ljudskog, ranjivog i organskog tijela te sve složenijeg digitalnog okruženja. Felstead, čiji se rad kreće na sjecištu mode, tehnologije i kulture, i Leung, istraživačica koja povezuje neuroznanost i računarstvo, zajedno razvijaju kritički, ali zaigran pogled na tehnološki posredovanu svakodnevicu.

„Ssassins Creed (Lady Says Stop)” istražuje što se događa kada se pojedincu poljulja ili oduzme osjećaj moći i pripadnosti društvu. Kroz lik policijske službenice u krizi, Magnea preispituje mehanizme institucionalne moći, osjećaj poniženja i nevidljivosti te načine na koje se nasilje može opravdavati idejom promjene. Kombinirajući humor, iskrivljeni jezik, pokret i izvedbenu intervenciju, rad propituje granicu između autoriteta i njegove destabilizacije.

𝒮𝑒𝓁𝒾𝓃 𝒟𝒶𝓋𝒶𝓈𝓈𝑒
„She-Pigeon” umjetnice Selin Davasse daje glas golubici, ovoga puta iziritiranoj zbog vlastite marginalizacije kojoj su je izložili ljudi, a koja ju je dovela do statusa štetočine. Kroz razigran, provokativan i poetičan jezik, izvedba promišlja politike prljavštine, gađenja i isključivanja te odnose između ljudi, životinja i prostora koje dijele. Davasse, rođena u Ankari 1992. i sa sjedištem u Berlinu, u svojoj praksi preoblikuje tekstualne i izvedbene forme kako bi istražila etiku gostoprimstva između životinjskog, ženskog i stranog tijela, javnosti i institucija.

𝐿𝓊𝒸𝒶 𝐵𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓂𝑜𝓇𝑒
„(boys)friend” je performans koreografa, plesača i performera Luce Bonamorea koji, polazeći od subjektivnog iskustva queer egzistencije u javnom i polujavnom prostoru, istražuje odnose između tijela, prostora i pogleda publike. Radi se o mladom autoru koji iz kazališta i rada u značajnim institucijama poput Volkstheater u Beču ulazi u svijet vizualne umjetnosti, razvijajući dugotrajne performanse u kojima se kreće se kroz publiku izvodeći niz mehaničkih poljubaca i akrobatskih figura te iznova oblikuje odnose među tijelima i gledateljima.

𝐸𝓈𝒷𝑒𝓃 𝒲𝑒𝒾𝓁𝑒 𝒦𝒿æ𝓇
Radovi Esbena Weilea Kjæra spajaju performans, skulpturu i instalaciju te istražuju žudnju, kolektivne rituale i kulturu suvremene zabave kroz vizualni jezik mladenačke kulture, noćnog života i javnog spektakla. Intenzivni performans „SUN!” kulminira spektakularnom eksplozijom žutih konfeta, a predstavlja i najnoviju iteraciju u seriji monumentalnih napuhanih skulptura “Thirst Trap”, ovoga puta u obliku krpelja, čije je predimenzionirano tijelo prekriveno kolažem prepoznatljivih uzoraka poput tie-dyea, životinjskih printova te kamuflaže.

𝒞𝒰𝒯𝐸 𝐵𝒰𝒯 𝒫𝒮𝒴𝒞𝐻𝒪 brings four performances, a film screening and a lecture by international artists who use humour, spectacle and discomfort to open questions about the social, political and technological systems that shape our everyday lives. From a trilogy narrated by Julia Fox to the performance of a bratty city pigeon, the all-day programme explores what happens when the irresistible and cute meets the disturbing and violent. Interested in the hidden mechanisms of appealing systems, the programme is set in covert locations within the Museum of Contemporary Art, from the underground parking lot to the auditorium of the Gorgona hall, asking what happens to the systems around us when we invert them, disrupt them or view them from another perspective.
🦋 The programme is part of the 2026 thematic cycle 𝒞𝒰𝒯𝐸 𝐵𝒰𝒯 𝒫𝒮𝒴𝒞𝐻𝒪, through which we are exploring the emotional, superficial and seemingly redundant intensities of contemporary culture: the cute, the awkward, the silly, the weird – content that circulates endlessly across the internet. Vulnerable aesthetics that make the world charming, rickety, clumsy and hyper-interesting in that "I'll forget this in two seconds" way. The programme began in spring with the opening of the 28th edition of Media Mediterranea in Pula, and continues through autumn with an exhibition and performance programme in our space in Zagreb.

The video trilogy "I'm So Janky" explores the cracks between the promise of a technologically automated future and its everyday reality. Through the notion of "jankspace", the authors reflect on the discrepancy between the human, vulnerable and organic body and an ever more complex digital environment. Felstead, whose work moves at the intersection of fashion, technology and culture, and Leung, a researcher who connects neuroscience and computing, together develop a critical yet playful view of technologically mediated everyday life.

"Ssassins Creed (Lady Says Stop)" explores what happens when an individual's sense of power and belonging in society is shaken or taken away. Through the figure of a police officer in crisis, Magnea re-examines the mechanisms of institutional power, the sense of humiliation and invisibility, and the ways in which violence can be justified by the idea of change. Combining humour, distorted language, movement and performative intervention, the work questions the boundary between authority and its destabilisation.

Selin Davasse's "She-Pigeon" gives voice to a pigeon, this time irritated by the marginalisation to which humans have subjected her, which has brought her to the status of pest. Through a playful, provocative and poetic language, the performance reflects on the politics of filth, disgust and exclusion, and on the relations between humans, animals and the spaces they share. Davasse, born in Ankara in 1992 and based in Berlin, reshapes textual and performance forms in her practice to explore the ethics of hospitality between the animal, female and foreign body, the public and institutions.

𝐿𝓊𝒸𝒶 𝐵𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓂𝑜𝓇𝑒
"(boys)friend" is a performance by choreographer, dancer and performer Luca Bonamore who, starting from the subjective experience of queer existence in public and semi-public space, explores the relations between bodies, space and the audience's gaze. A young artist, he is moving from theatre and work in major institutions such as the Volkstheater in Vienna into the world of visual art, developing durational performances in which he moves through the audience performing a series of mechanical kisses and acrobatic figures, reshaping the relations between bodies and spectators anew.

𝐸𝓈𝒷𝑒𝓃 𝒲𝑒𝒾𝓁𝑒 𝒦𝒿æ𝓇
Esben Weile Kjær's works merge performance, sculpture and installation, exploring desire, collective rituals and the culture of contemporary entertainment through the visual language of youth culture, nightlife and public spectacle. The intense performance "SUN!" culminates in a spectacular explosion of yellow confetti, and also presents the latest iteration in the series of monumental inflatable sculptures "Thirst Trap", this time in the form of a tick, whose oversized body is covered in a collage of recognisable patterns such as tie-dye, animal prints and camouflage.
