Join me for an informal evening of conversation with people who take relationships seriously, whether that’s with customers, clients, users or partners.
This isn’t a networking event in the traditional sense.
There are no name badges, no pitches and no expectation to perform.
Just a space to meet others who think in a similar way.
You don’t have to work in Customer Success.
If your role sits at the intersection of business and relationships, you’ll feel at home here.
There’s no formal structure.
Just a couple of hours to move between conversations, meet new people and have the kind of discussions that rarely happen in more structured settings.
Practical details:
- Date: Wednesday 8th July 2026
- Time: 5:00 – 7:30pm
- Tentative Location: Market Halls at Paddington Station. Market Halls is situated in the new Paddington Square concourse on the first floor next to Gails and Wahaca. (to be confirmed in June)
- Cost: Free to attend (food and drink available to purchase at the bar)
If your plans change, please cancel your registration before 6th July as a professional courtesy. This helps me manage numbers and meet the venue’s requirements. I’ve personally paid a deposit to secure our space, although there’s no charge to attend.
