Join Ann Marshall, PhD, Heard Museum Director of Research, for a 30-minute curator talk on Twilight: Trading Posts and Creative Legacies. This is the first opportunity to experience the new Grand Gallery exhibition with the curator who brought it together. The exhibition primarily features Navajo textiles, including the Heard Museum’s recent acquisition of a textile by Calvin Toney (Diné) and a pictorial textile by Florence Riggs (Diné) depicting the exterior of a trading post. It also includes pottery, jewelry and photography connected to the world of trading posts.
Don’t miss this special opportunity to explore Twilight alongside one of its curators and learn more about the stories, artists and histories behind the exhibition.
This Curator Talk is included with museum admission. See more at heard.org/curator-talk-nov2026.
