Join Cairns Coffee Community for a special tasting inspired by **The Fermentation Project**, created by James Hoffmann and fermentation specialist Lucia Solis.
A global tasting experience created by James Hoffmann exploring how fermentation changes coffee flavor. Using beans from Rueda Farms in Guatemala, this project features four different processing methods: Mechanically Demucilaged, Wild Fermentation, Lactobacillus Inoculated, and Yeast Inoculated.
