During the cupping, you will have the opportunity to smell and taste various coffees side by side, while gaining insight into processing methods and how they influence flavour profiles.

The course will be led by us — Emma and Sunniva — who have been working with coffee as a barista for many years. Emma is originally from France and will be conducting the cupping in English.
