Bloop Groop x Arturia: Discover Electronic Music @ The Digital Hub, Culture Night Event 4 of 4
Step inside the machine for a journey through the evolution of synthesizers and the joy of creating electronic music! Bloop Groop, the community-led creative hub for electronic musicians and visual artists, is honoured to host Arturia, the world-class leader in synths, controllers and software, on the Ireland stop of the Arturia World Tour 2026, and to show them how we do things in Dublin 8!
Culture Night attendees can explore the history of synths and learn the secrets of live hardware performance with Tom from Arturia or master hardware with experts including YouTube educator Synthdad, all in a low-stakes, fun environment. The evening culminates in a high-energy showcase of short sharp sets from Bloop Groop’s resident artists. True to our open "Hang, Jam, Play" model, we offer hands-on sound exploration for every level, from curious newbies to seasoned pros, all in the historic heart of The Liberties.

Enjoy electronic music sets + visuals, see the gear close-up, learn a little about how music is made and make pals! 5 acts will be playing, a mix of genres, accompanied by visuals.
Tom Lewis from Arturia will be kicking off the night, with sets by Synthdad, Vesperella, and Last Eden. To finish out Bloop Groop's Culture Night extravaganza, Circuit3, the retro-futurist project of Dublin-based Peter Fitzpatrick, will play tracks from his new album “Metanoia: Music From Therapy” including his collaboration with Vince Clarke (Depeche Mode, Yazoo, Erasure), featuring classic analogue synthesizers and video projection.
