Culture Camp is back! The theme this year: Authentic Leadership.
A one day gathering for peole who genuinely believe work can - and should - be better. A space for brave and authentic leaders to come together, think about building something better, and spend the day in a room full of people doing the same.
This isn't a conference. There is no corporate jargon. No death by PowerPoint. People who came to the last Culture Camp have called it 'a movement, not an event' - and described leaving with their tribe, their thinking sharpened, and their leadership genuinely changed.
This year, we're focusing on what it means to lead authentically in a world that still rewards the polished version of leadership over the real one. We'll be in conversation with people who tell the truth about what leadership actually takes - and what it actually costs.
And better yet, this year, camp is at Chester Zoo! Our interactive sessions will go one step further with an extended session getting the audience out into the Zoo grounds.

Who's it for?
People leaders. HR, L&D, DEI, ops, founders, managers, coaches, creatives, and anyone who believes culture is everyone's responsibility. You don't need to be senior to come - you just need to care.

We open ticket sales in three rounds:
- Early Round - £125 (closing Wednesday 13th May, or sooner if they sell out)
- Early Camp - £150 (opening September)
- General Camp - £180 (opening October)
