Join teacher Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) for daylong retreat focused on boosting self love and compassion through music and meditation
About this Event

In a culture that prizes doing over being, loving oneself can feel like a revolutionary act. Cultivating Self-Compassion is a day-long immersive retreat devoted to reclaiming the simple, profound truth of one's own worthiness. Through periods of guided practice, heartfelt teaching, and contemplative sound experiences, you are invited to rest deeply, release self-judgment, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own hearts.

Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) 's teaching blends Buddhist insight, modern psychology, humour, creativity, and music to help you move beyond self-criticism and into genuine belonging.
No prior meditation experience necessary. You Are Enough.

This session will be offered in person at the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre's Dance Studio in Toronto and virtually over zoom with sliding scale tickets to accommodate all income levels. Don’t miss it!
