You’re invited to join our free in-person support group designed for Black Women ages 35+.
This gathering will be held on Sunday October 18th, 2026 at 1pm in Crofton Library 1681 Riedel Rd, Crofton, MD 21114 .
Facilitated by April Latson, LCSW-C, CCTP, founder of Healing Every Root Wellness Center, this 3 hour meet offers a safe, nurturing, and non-therapeutic space for reflection, connection, and restoration.
Together, we’ll explore:
- How to prioritize self-care and wellness, even in challenging times
- Ways to build and maintain community that feels authentic and safe
- Tools for communicating needs and establishing boundaries in relationships
- And more conversations that honor the whole of who we are
Light refersshments will be provided. Space is limited to 25 participants to encourage genuine connection and conversation.
