Culinary Graduation – Cohort 14
You’re invited to celebrate the achievements of Culinary Cohort 14 at Association House of Chicago! Congratulations to our graduates for their hard work and dedication.
This in-person event will showcase their culinary skills and creativity as they present a special menu prepared under the guidance of Chef Tenoch Ang. Come support these future chefs as they embark on their culinary journey and take this exciting step toward their dreams!

All attendees will be served Poached Pear for dessert.
Beef Brisket
Beef brisket slowly braised with pearl onions and herbs, served with a combination of bordelaise and demi-glacé sauce.
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and asparagus.
Coq-au-Vin
Chicken quarters simmered to tenderness with red wine, mushrooms, and aromatics.
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, baby carrots, and asparagus.
Saag Paneer (Vegetarian)
Fresh spinach sautéed with shallots and Indian spices, slowly simmered with nutty paneer cheese.
Served with naan.
Dessert (served to all guests)
Poached Pear
Bosc pears poached in Cabernet Sauvignon with cinnamon, vanilla, and star anise.
