Participants will prepare Marinara Rosé Cavatappi & Alfredo Cavatappi, exploring two different approaches to sauce-making.Participants will arrive at a fully prepared cooking station equipped with the necessary sanitation supplies, apron, cutting board, knives, and utensils. Each of the stations can accommodate up to four participants, creating an intimate, collaborative environment where people can cook together and get to know one another.
Throughout each class, participants will:
- Learn foundational cooking techniques and practical kitchen skills
- Work hands-on with others at their stations
