Have you been craving more safe, nurturing human connection?
Join us for Cuddles & Connection, a welcoming space to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and experience the nourishing power of consensual touch.
Through a combination of guided exercises, authentic connection, and plenty of opportunities for cuddling, we’ll explore:
✨ Asking for what you want
✨ Practicing boundaries and consent
✨ Saying yes and no with confidence
✨ Giving and receiving touch
✨ Connecting with your body and nervous system
✨ Experiencing safe, platonic connection
No experience with cuddle parties or consent practices is necessary. You don’t need to be naturally touchy or outgoing, either. Come exactly as you are.

Testimonials:
"Thank you so much for creating such a safe and inviting space yesterday. I enjoyed my first cuddle event very much. I love that it was centered around consent education which was very helpful for me."
"I want to reiterate my thanks for the scaffolded activities which helped further break the ice and helped someone like me who can freeze up instead of boldly asking for what I want!"
"I thought the group and your facilitation were wonderful! I just wish it lasted longer since the time went by so quickly!"
Come cuddle. Come connect. Come practice being more fully yourself with others. 🤍
