Agenda and Remits:
The attached agenda outlines the matters to be discussed at the AGM. Additional matters may be raised from the floor if time permits.
Proxy voting is permitted. If you wish to appoint a proxy, please advise the Secretary before the AGM.
Nominations for Committee:
Nominations for committee positions are now open and must be submitted to the Secretary by Monday 2 November 2026.
Position descriptions are attached to provide an overview of the roles available. If you are interested in getting involved or would like more information about any of the positions, please get in touch with us.
If insufficient nominations are received, further nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM, in accordance with the club’s constitution.
Membership:
To vote at the AGM (either in person or by proxy), nominate someone for a committee position, or serve on the committee, you must be a financial member on the day of the AGM.
Membership renewal information will be emailed out shortly.
Attendance:
Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to attend, either in person or online. This will help us ensure we have enough members present to meet quorum requirements, as well as plenty of snacks for everyone!
There are plenty of ways to get involved and contribute to the club, whether it’s helping out with smaller tasks or taking on a committee role. We always love to see more of our members getting involved!
