This sound journey will invite you to slow down, settle into the body, and simply receive. We’ll begin with gentle breath and mediation before moving into an immersive sound bath featuring Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls. Afterward, I’ll gently guide you back into the space as we close out practice together.
You may experience deep rest, a quieter mind, a sense of feeling connection inward, and leave feeling more grounded, present, and spacious.
No previous meditation or sound bath experience is needed. All mats, pillows, eye masks, and blankets are provided.
