Crystals are often used to balance the body’s energy field and to help support the emotional, mental and spiritual . The human body has tiny , microscopic crystals within it; these crystals are essential for the physical structure, balance and normal functions of the biological body. This class will introduce you to the fundamentals of natural, holistic crystal practices, giving you the knowledge and tools to begin working with crystals in meaningful ways. You’ll explore different ways to use crystals and discover practices you can incorporate into your own spiritual and wellness journey.
