Chill out and vibe with soothing sounds at the Crystal Bowl Sound Bath—an epic in-person relaxation sesh!About this Event
Stop into the library for an hour of resonant healing sound.
We will arrive on our mats (or chairs!) and take 10 minutes for a gentle seated stretch, with some breath work, anchoring ourselves into the moment and releasing tension from the day.
After you settle into your rest nest, we move into layers of sound from seven 432hz crystal bowls and other instruments that create a healing soundscape.
Bring your own pillow and blanket for an even more rest filled comforting experience!
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, settle in, and allow the experience to unfold.
