The Crystal Bowl Meditation is an hour of crystal bowl bliss. The crystal bowls are a form of sound vibrational healing and gently remove energetic blockages and instantly align your chakras.
For your comfort, we recommend bringing a blanket and/or a pillow as you allow the sounds of the crystal bowls take you to a peaceful place.
A great gift for the mind, body & soul!
