You’ve adjusted. Made it work. Kept the peace. Pushed through. Given another chance. Explained yourself. Questioned yourself. Carried things longer than you probably should have.
But somewhere in all that showing up for everybody else...

Crowned in Confidence Experiences are interactive mental wellness experiences designed to create space for the conversations we’re often thinking about but don’t always get to have out loud.
This is not a lecture.
And you will not spend the whole time sitting quietly while somebody talks at you.
Expect real conversation, music, interactive activities, reflection, laughter, connection, practical mental wellness tools, and a room full of people giving themselves permission to be honest.
Come alone. Bring your sister. Bring your best friend. Bring the person who always says, “Whew...I needed that.”
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
Just come as you are.

The Audacity to Choose Yourself
Identity, Boundaries & Relationships Without Losing Yourself
How much of yourself have you edited to keep other people comfortable?
Maybe you’re the dependable one. The strong one. The understanding one. The one who gives another chance. The one who says “it’s fine” when it really isn’t.
Maybe you’ve gotten so used to considering everybody else that you’re not even sure what choosing yourself looks like anymore.
This experience is about self abandonment, authenticity, boundaries, access, relationships, and learning how to choose yourself without automatically making yourself the villain.
We’re asking one big question:
Who are you when you stop managing everybody else’s access to you?
Throughout the experience, we’ll explore:
• The Versions of Me: Who have you had to become in different spaces?
• Self Abandonment & Authenticity: Where are you shrinking, performing, overexplaining, or betraying your own needs?
• Boundary, Conversation, Let It Go, or I’m Out: Not everything requires the same response.
• The Access Audit: Who has access to you, your energy, your time, and your peace? And have they earned it?
• The Choose Yourself Challenge: Turning reflection into an actual decision.
You might leave with a boundary.
You might leave with a conversation you finally need to have.
You might leave realizing something doesn’t deserve nearly as much access to you as you’ve been giving it.
Whatever you discover, the goal is to leave knowing yourself a little better than when you walked in.

Grief, Release & Becoming Who You Need Next
Not everything we grieve comes with a funeral.
Sometimes it’s a friendship.
A relationship.
A version of yourself.
The family dynamic you wish were different.
The opportunity that didn’t happen.
The timeline you thought you’d be on by now.
The year you thought you were going to have.
Or simply realizing that something you once wanted no longer fits who you’re becoming.
Before we rush into another year talking about goals, resolutions, vision boards, and becoming a “new me,” we’re making room for something else:
Acknowledging what happened.
What did this year take from you?
What did it teach you?
What are you still carrying?
What deserves to be grieved?
And what absolutely does not need a seat in 2027?
Our big question:
What deserves to come with you, what deserves to be grieved, and what are you ready to leave here?
Together, we’ll move through experiences including:

This isn’t about pretending everything is healed because the calendar changes.
It’s about making intentional space for what happened and deciding what happens next.
