Join us for CROWNED FOR CHRISTMAS, a joyful and empowering festive gathering for women in business.
Present yourself through our Christmas Speed Networking, create your own meaningful Christmas crown, celebrate your achievements and make valuable connections for the year ahead.
Because women spend so much of the year supporting everyone else. This Christmas, it is time to recognise how far we have come, celebrate the women behind the businesses and proudly put our crowns back on.
12:00pm – Festive Welcome & Informal Networking
Christmas music, festive refreshments and a warm welcome as everyone arrives.
12:15pm – Give Her Her Crown
Each woman recognises another woman in the room by sharing something she admires about her, an achievement she has noticed, or an encouraging message.
12:30pm – Christmas Speed Networking: “Present Yourself!” 🎁
A lively festive networking session where women pair up and have 60 seconds each to introduce themselves.
Their mini-pitch should cover:
- Who I am
- What my business or role does
- The gift I bring through my work
- One connection or opportunity I would love for 2027
After two minutes, everyone moves to meet their next connection.
A fun introduction could be:
“You’ve wrapped the presents. Now it’s time to present yourself!”
This ensures every woman speaks to several new people, practises communicating her value and leaves with meaningful business connections.
1:00pm – Christmas Crown-Making Workshop 👑
Women create a Christmas crown decoration, adding words or tags representing:
- Something I’m proud of from 2026
- Something I have overcome
- Something I’m leaving behind
- My word or intention for 2027
1:35pm – CROWN Connections
Each woman shares:
“One thing I need and one thing I can offer.”
This could open doors to collaborations, introductions, referrals, mentoring and mutual support.
1:50pm – CROWN Circle & Christmas Toast
Finish with each woman completing:
“This year, I am proud that…”
Then celebrate the women, friendships, businesses and opportunities created through CROWN.
