Every day, Crossroads Care supports unpaid carers, older people, people living with dementia and those facing some of life's toughest challenges. Their services provide practical help, emotional support, respite and companionship, enabling people to live independently and helping carers continue in their vital role. By attending this event, you'll be helping ensure that this support continues to reach those who need it most.
