The Crossroads AI Hackathon is a free three-day build experience for developers, founders, designers, vibe-coders and business professionals who want to turn ideas into working AI prototypes.Taking place on October 9–11, 2026 in Sofia, participants can join individually or as part of a team of up to five people.
The experience starts with a Meet & Match evening on October 9 at Feel Better, where participants can connect, form teams and align on ideas. On October 10–11, teams will build at Planet Schwarz with access to mentoring, before presenting their working prototypes to a panel of judges.
Standout teams may be selected to continue to the Startup World Cup qualification round at Crossroads 2026.
