Before there was Halloween there was Samhain the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest,
the turning of the seasons,
and the beginning of winter.
A moment to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and make space for what’s to come.
On 30 October, from 19:30 to 21:30 join us for an intimate evening in collaboration with La Casa Gaelica bringing together movement, ritual, connection and nourishment.
We’ll begin with a barre class designed to awaken the body, shift stagnant energy and reconnect us with ourselves and each other. Through movement we’ll create space to transmute our energy letting go of what we’ve been carrying and welcoming the darker, quieter months ahead with intention.
Then, we’ll turn inward with tarot, opening a space for reflection, intuition and whatever messages we may need as we cross into a new season!
And because every meaningful ritual deserves to be shared, we’ll gather around a **Samhain-inspired feast**, with delicious food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A cosy moment to nourish ourselves, share stories and celebrate together. 🍂🔥
**All fitness levels are welcome. come as you are, with an open heart and a little curiosity.
