About Chris McNutt:
Chris McNutt is the President of Texas Gun Rights, the Lone Star State’s leading no-compromise gun rights organization, representing more than 500,000 members and supporters committed to defending the Second Amendment.
Since joining Texas Gun Rights in 2016 and becoming President in 2023, McNutt has emerged as one of the most outspoken and effective advocates for restoring and protecting the right to keep and bear arms in Texas. Under his leadership, Texas Gun Rights has mobilized grassroots gun owners across the state to hold politicians accountable and advance pro-gun reforms.
McNutt played a key role in the years-long fight to pass Constitutional Carry, culminating in the signing of HB 1927 in 2021, which restored the right of law-abiding Texans to carry a handgun without a permit. He also helped lead the charge to ban “red flag” gun confiscation orders, resulting in the passage of SB 1362 in 2025, preventing Texas courts from enforcing unconstitutional gun confiscation schemes.
McNutt’s advocacy extends well beyond Texas. Prior to leading Texas Gun Rights, he served as Deputy Director of Field Operations for the National Association for Gun Rights, where he helped build grassroots gun rights movements and advance pro-Second Amendment legislation in more than a dozen states including Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Montana, and Oklahoma.
His work defending the Second Amendment has drawn national attention, including being featured on the cover of Time Magazine’s “Guns in America” issue.
A longtime North Texas resident, McNutt has been active in Texas politics for over 15 years, including working for the office of former State Senator Don Huffines. He is a graduate of the University of North Texas at Dallas and lives in Parker County with his wife, their three children, and their German Shepherd.
About Kelly Neidert:
Kelly Neidert is the founder and Executive Director of Texas Coalition for Kids, a grassroots organization dedicated to protecting children from the toxic, indoctrinating agenda of the Left. She has testified before the Texas Legislature and helped pass laws addressing explicit materials in schools, so-called “kid-friendly” drag shows, gender mutilation surgeries for minors, and more.
After facing death threats, vandalism, and escalating harassment from the Left, Kelly began researching an armed Antifa network operating in North Texas. Her research identified several members of the group, including Benjamin Song, years before his conviction for attempted murder and terrorism-related offenses and his 100-year federal prison sentence.
Her work has been featured on Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN. She has written for publications including the Washington Examiner, Human Events, Dallas Express, and Texas Scorecard. In 2023, Kelly received the Champion of Freedom Award from Grassroots America – We the People.
Kelly’s activism began at the University of North Texas, where she served as chairman of the Young Conservatives of Texas chapter from 2019 to 2022. Her outspoken campus activism drew statewide attention, and she was dubbed the “most hated college conservative in the state.” She graduated from UNT in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and her experience there ultimately inspired her to found Texas Coalition for Kids.
About Destin Sensky:
Destin Sensky has served conservative causes for over 10 years, including roles in the Texas Senate, as a Capitol journalist, and as a leader on campaigns across the state. Though a native of Tennessee, he has called Texas home for over 18 years. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he studied Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, and Political Science. He and his wife reside in Johnson County and are active members of Trinity River Baptist Church in Fort Worth. His deep roots in the community and commitment to conservative values align seamlessly with the goals of Texans for Fiscal Responsibility.
